Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, the breakdown of a relationship, bereavement, or a difficult life transition? Perhaps your child or teenager is finding things hard and you’re looking for support for them. Life can sometimes feel heavy, confusing, and isolating, and it’s not always easy to talk about what you’re going through with the people around you.
I offer counselling for adults and adolescents aged 11+, supporting those experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, stress, low mood, and major life changes.
I work in a person centred way, allowing you to be open and honest in a space that is free from judgements. Sessions can take place in a comfortable therapy room in Nutley or in a calm nature based woodland cabin on the Ashdown Forest. Both spaces are available to all clients, offering flexibility and a supportive environment to talk and reflect.
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face things alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can talk openly and feel supported.
