Counselling for stress and anxiety when you don't know where to turn. My aim is to provide a space where you feel comfortable to share what you're going through without judgement; no matter your background. You get to set the pace, and together we will explore what feels most urgent to you. My aim is for you to feel understood and able to picture a way through.

I work with adults individually at all stages of life with talking therapy. There is no homework, just genuine time to really figure out what's going on.

Please get in touch for a free 30-minute consultation to find out if we would work well together. I am based in a comfortable and discrete office in North Essex, located within quick and easy access of the A12. I am also able to provide sessions online and by telephone should this be needed.
