I can support you to overcome past trauma and events, relationship difficulties and to identify addictive or destructive cycles, and make meaningful, positive changes. My approach is warm, kind and challenging and I integrate different ways of working to explore the best ways for you to explore your issues. I am trauma-informed and specialise in supporting clients who have experienced abuse and neglect. I have training and knowledge of working with autistic and ADHD clients.

I offer a Gestalt approach and believe that the patterns which emerge in our relationships are the key to who we are and how we feel. I work with the whole person, including attention to body process and the use of creativity. I am sensitive to different world and spiritual views, and relationship choices. I incorporate cognitive and behavioural approaches.

I offer a 15 minute phone consultation to see if we would like to work together where I can tell you about my approach and hear about your issues. We can book in an initial session to see if we are a good fit. Fees are £65 per session for self funded and £75 for insurance funded. Appointments currently available.
