Depending on what you would like to address you might chose to have short-term (6-20 sessions) or more open ended and in-depth therapy (20+). Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and weekly. I would recommend meeting initially to talk about what brings you for help at this time and for you to see how you feel talking to me. I usually review after six sessions when we can discuss whether we will carry on or not.
