Perhaps you are going through some difficulties or life changes impacting you and/or your relationships and loved ones.
Often people think of therapy as a way to support them in having more fulfilling relationships, to help them figuring out how to improve their confidence and self-esteem. You may wish to get some support for anxiety, depression, symptoms, traumatic memories you are struggling with.
In our first session, we will have the opportunity to explore your goals together and to understand change you would like to see and to see if I am the right fit for you.
The main goal is to help you identifying new perspectives and resources in order to feel better with yourself and in the relationships with your significant others. I use different techniques as I believe the Psychologist tools-kit should look Mary Poppins' bag and include something different for every situation as no person is the same.
The idea of coming to therapy can be a bit frightening sometimes and it is totally normal to have questions or doubts. Personally, I see therapy sessions as a chance to feel safe and share in a non-judgemental and confidential setting whatever you think really matters to you, the changes and improvements you would like to see in yourself and in your life.
