Hello, I'm Carl, knowing that I can talk to someone about the things that I might be finding difficult is very important to me, especially if those feelings are ones I worry others wont understand. I aim to lessen that worry by providing an open and accepting space for you to be able to discuss the issues that your facing.
I believe that people are all individual in life, this means that we all have different needs and one size will not fit all. I feel that building that trusting relationship enables us to explore the issues in a safe environment. I offer a integrative person centred approach, which means that we will work in the best way for you.
