Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a fully qualified Counsellor on the accredited Professional Register with NCPS, PNCPS Accr. (Accred).Registered member with the BACP. My private practice is close to Bradford , Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. I offer a welcoming, safe, non judgmental space where we can talk confidentially. I will do my absolute best to offer you a relationship where you will feel accepted in your entirety and valued as a human being, where we can work together for as long as you feel it to be helpful and worthwhile.
My core modality and therapeutic grounding is in the Person Centered Approach. I work in an integrative way, meaning i can draw from a number of counselling theories such as Person Centered, CBT offering Psycho Education where appropriate.
For the last seven years i have worked with a diverse client group through organizations and education settings. I am presently working with young people aged 13 to 18 and adults offering counselling services covering a broad range of issues. My safeguarding training is to the level of DSL, Designated Safeguarding Lead.
