Feeling like you're drowning in days that should have 50h, but only have 24h? Caught in a loop of overthinking, worry, self-criticism, and a body that's forgotten how to actually feel? Maybe you’re feeling stuck - not sure what matters to you, how to spend your precious time, or who you really want to be (not everyone else and their cat!) - especially when all this (gestures around) is happening. And when it all gets too loud, doom-scrolling and hiding away it is - and nothing changes. The anxious millennial condition - the ever-present urgency that won't let you slow down until you crash. I've been there, I get it.
Mindfulness and ACT Therapy helped me navigate my own mind and this messy world. Now I share them to help people create an intentional life, in a sustainable way - and see them actually tasting their hot tea rather than sipping it cold because they've forgotten about it while answering emails that can wait 10 minutes. You deserve this too!
I don't do polished. I show up as my whole, imperfect self, so you can be the same. Expect humanity, authenticity, vulnerability, and a silly sense of humour. I'm based in London, and offer online evidence-based and trauma-informed therapy and courses - feel free to email me with questions, and explore my website for more info, and to book a free intro call.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is perhaps the best-known and established formal mindfulness course in the world. It was initially developed in the 1970s by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, for people with a wide range of difficulties or conditions which were not improving with more standard treatment. Since then, it has helped millions of people handle stress, anxiety, low mood, or pain better, and generally, reduce suffering and improve mental and physical wellbeing.
