I'm an HCPC registered and BPS Chartered Clinical Psychology working in private practice in Darlington, County Durham. I offer psychological assessment and therapy to adults with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety or worry, eating disorders, chronic pain and adjustment to illness or disability. I also have been successful in helping people experiencing Imposter Syndrome.
I am trained an have experience of a number of therapies but the ones I use most commonly are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT and EMDR .
I know it's hard to navigate choosing a therapist so I like to have a short introductory phone call prior to booking any sessions to make sure we are a good fit and that I am the right person to help.
