I am an experienced MBACP Integrative Person Centred Counsellor, I offer private, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore and talk about your concerns and difficulties. Whatever is holding you back from living life on your terms with meaning, peace and self-compassion is worth talking about: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addictions, anger, chronic pain, breakdown of a relationship, grief, identity issues, phobias, or other life events. I have an innate capacity to respond intuitively and authentically and work with integrity with people from different social background, I am culturally sensitive.
I am bilingual I speak fluent English, Bengali and Urdu, I specialise in mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and phobia, I have successfully worked with couples who have marital problems and supported individuals going though trauma, divorce, separation and loss and bereavement. I am able to provide holistic spiritual healing.
I am professional and experience Counsellor I am passionate about working with diverse culture. I have deeper level of empathy and can relate to people from all different diversity I am trained to offer Counselling to children, adults and family therapy face to face, telephone, and Skype sessions available.
