I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor based in Braintree Essex. Registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work with adults and young people from 15+ providing a humanistic counselling approach where I adapt the way I work to meet the needs of the individual. In my experience, working in this way allows you to reach a better understanding of yourself and the issues you may be faced with. It can also help to boost your confidence, allowing you to have more trust in your own instincts and decision making.

I can support you as you experience emotions you may have been holding in or keeping to yourself, all while lending you my strength as together we help you get to where you want to be physically and or emotionally.
