I am a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor (Supervision - £50 per 50 minutes, £70 per 1.5hrs) and a member of the BPS. I am qualified in Person-Centred Counselling, CBT & Psychodynamics.
I am fully trained in EMDR therapy (£70 per 50 min, £370 for block of 6 sessions). I have helped many clients who have had a diagnosis of PTSD and extreme anxiety, to overcome their trauma and markedly reduce their anxiety.
I specialise in Relationship and Family Counselling, Dementia, anxiety, depression, work-related stress and breakdowns. I also have vast experience of bereavement counselling.
I have over 11 years experience of working with Carers/family members or friends who care for their loved ones who are living with Dementia. I offer individual, family and relationship counselling. I also offer family/group therapy (up to 3) for people who have recently been diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's and their families.
I have vast experience of working with clients living with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and work-related stress. By offering open-ended Counselling sessions, this has aided my clients to build themselves up from needing a length of time off work, to continue their working life or create a new work and life journey.
