I am an experienced BACP-accredited counsellor dedicated to supporting people through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and respect. With many years of practice, I have worked with clients of all ages — from children and young people navigating the complexities of growing up, to adults. My mission is to empower you to discover your own ‘tools’ and ‘techniques’ to face any future life challenges
I use an integrative person-centred approach; I tailor each session to your individual needs and work with you, your feelings and your own life experiences. I specialise in issues ranging from: anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, Emotional School Based Avoidance (EBSA) to supporting women going through the Menopause transition.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental, creating a safe space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences at your own pace.
