I am a psychodynamic therapist who is specialised in emotional problems, relationship problems and acute/ historical trauma. Many people struggle in life because their emotions, thoughts and decision making process are dictated by the maladaptive patterns that enabled them to survive in the past but restrict them from living a fulfilling life. I can help you identify these mal-adaptive patterns, release the trapped emotions and develop an adaptive coping mechanism that would set you free and allow you to thrive in life.

I am a registered clinical psychologist in the UK and Hong Kong, and a Certified Advance Schema Therapist and Supervisor from ISST. I have also been certified as a mindfulness trainer from Canada. I speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I have extensive experience in treating complicated cases such as Trauma, Eating Disorders, PTSD, DID, Personality Disorders, OCD, and Mood Disorders. I am particularly experienced in treating people with pervasively negative life patterns, which applies to both individual and couple therapy.

I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a BACP registered Psychotherapist trained with Regent’s University London and Tavistock and Portman. I hold a PhD in Occupational Health Psychology at University of Nottingham, and a MSc. in Counselling at University of Edinburgh.

Hello, I am Priscilla, a BACP qualified integrative counsellor. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to bring in your experience at your own pace. In each session, I will be there to listen and understand your experience. I will give you space to explore your own feelings and concerns. We might talk about your past relationships and how they shape you as a person, your current experience and struggles and your hope. Through our explorations together, revelations and newfound clarity may emerge, which may empower you live more freer and more fulfilling life.

Taking the decision to have therapy can be difficult so you've already taken a huge first step. I am a fully accredited CBT therapist, EMDR therapist and behavioural couples therapist. I also have additional training in compassion focused therapy and long term health conditions with over 10 year experience in mental health in the NHS. I specialise in working with complex/childhood trauma, anxiety and low self-esteem.
