My expertise is extensive, working with issues such as e.g. Abuse, Anxiety/Worrying, Bereavement, Depression, PTSD, Domestic Violence, Self-esteem/Confidence, Low Moods, Neuro-diversity & Self-harm. This makes me unique and experienced to work successfully with clients to overcome these setbacks and to build upon your inner resources to move forward.
Through this process, I can support you in obtaining the awareness & clarity to move forward and take care of any worries in your life. I am passionate about supporting people and enjoy seeing clients shift from an unknown place of not knowing your own capabilities, into growing into who you are & what you can become, just by taking the time to nurture you.
I am empathic, open, thought-provoking, encouraging & connect well with my clients. Very consistent & supportive enhancing your well-being. My understanding of issues affecting clients via my own experience, has allowed me to be determined to do the best for clients. I offer weekly or alternate weeks 50 minutes session as well as Sundays. Also free parking.
