Hi, my name is May. I have moved to UK with my family from Hong Kong since May, 2021. I have worked as a family/ Couple counsellor for over 18 years both in Hong Kong and UK. My counselling experience is also including working with different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds, like British, Chinese, South Asian, Asian, oversea Chinese and Hong Konger etc,. I like hearing people different life stories which are always amazing and understand how hard that they have been through. I have lots of experience working with family of origin and relationship issues as well.

I have extensive therapy experiences in supporting a wide range of challenges and all walks of life. I strive to work with you in a way which ensures that you can completely be 'just you'. You can be comfortable to bring any difficulties and unspoken thoughts and feelings to me, and we together find out 'the why(s)' in your life, relationships and in you. We recognize it is not easy, though I devote to building trust, that you can develop your own voice and resilience. We walk together to put listening, understanding and compassion first, before taking changes which are manageable, realistic and sustainable.
