I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Clinical Psychologist. I have experience within many NHS adult (post 16) mental health settings including community, forensic, hospital, as well as, specialist personality disorder services and learning disability services. I have a wide range of experience which includes working with relational difficulties, personality difficulties, trauma, low mood, anxiety and difficulties regulating emotions.
I draw upon a range of therapeutic models specialising within Schema Therapy and Mentalization-Base Therapy as well as drawing upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. I offer individual therapy and Adult ADHD assessments in person and online.
The therapeutic relationship is of great importance to me and I hope to offer a safe environment for this to strive where you can explore issues. I work collaboratively with you to support you to gain a full understanding of your difficulties and achieve agreed therapeutic goals.
