With an effective and compassionate approach, I provide experienced and confidential counselling support from which you will develop self awareness and insight as well as learning coping strategies and techniques. Think of counselling as a safe space in which you will feel heard and understood, a space for you to work through whatever it is you're dealing with. Sessions can be held face to face (with covid risk measures in place) or via Zoom video calling.
Whether you're looking for couples counselling or individual counselling, my role is to support and guide you in working through your issues, encouraging positive change. I work with many issues including relationship difficulties, anxiety, grief, and life changes.
