I offer Individual and Couples Therapy in-person and online. I'll support you with kindness, compassion, empathy and understanding. I have experience and work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, trauma, relationships, building confidence & self-esteem. I have a special interest in grief and loss associated with those caring for a loved one with long term and life limiting illness such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Cancer. Including NHS workers.
