I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults, offering a steady and compassionate space to explore what’s been difficult, confusing, or overwhelming.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re not used to talking about yourself or you’ve spent a long time holding things together on your own. My aim is to make those first steps feel a little easier. People often come to me when they’re feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why certain feelings or patterns keep happening.
I practice psychodynamically, which is often called “the talking therapy”. Through communication, the therapeutic work will focus on trying to understand how your childhood experiences, current issues and patterns of thinking can shape and impact feelings that may be difficult to access.
In the space I offer you can bring uncertainty, contradictions, or feelings that don’t make sense yet, and through a working alliance we can figure them out together.
