I am a BACP accredited counsellor, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Distinction from a BACP accredited course. I've been qualified for 13 years and worked in various settings with a whole variety of client issues.

My main skill is in person-centred therapy which means building a trusting relationship where you can feel safe to explore whatever brings you to the session. I also integrate CBT and Solution Focussed therapy where appropriate. I am also trauma informed and qualified in EMDR.
