I am an integrative, relational psychotherapist and registered dietitian. The therapeutic services I offer are neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirmative, gender inclusive and weight neutral. I currently offer individual therapy sessions and food/eating support services, online, and also some in person (in Edinburgh). I will also be offering couples therapy sessions later on in 2026 that will be inclusive of neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ couples too .
There are many reasons to start therapy. Perhaps you are feeling a little lost, stuck or misunderstood? Maybe you are struggling with identity, sense of self or your relationships? You might have recently realised you are neurodivergent and are wanting affirming support to explore this? Or perhaps you are struggling with your eating and body image.
If any of the above resonates, then I hear you and I see you. Do get in touch to say hello, and perhaps we can work together on untangling things for you? I work in a way that adapts therapy to you and your needs (integrating multiple modalities) and many of my clients identify as neurodivergent (including late-diagnosed and/or self-identified).
Take the first step to help. Camilla Ferraro now

I work with clients experiencing anxiety and low mood, often associated with navigating times of transition and change, including grief and loss. I support individuals navigating self-discovery around neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, and exploration of gender identity and sexuality too. I also support clients experiencing difficult relationships with food/eating and their bodies.

I work integratively which means I am trained in, and draw on different modalities, theories and ideas, tailoring therapy to you. If I had to describe my preferred way of working, it would be termed working 'relationally', and in a way that is centred around you (and your needs). This includes exploring our interactions in therapy and your relationships in the wider world.
