I support children (7+), teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck-often navigating neurodivergence, emotional intensity, trauma, or school avoidance.
My gentle, relational approach focuses on strengths and growth. Sessions can be online, in a calm consulting room, or on our therapeutic farm with animals and nature. As an ICF-accredited coach, I also offer coaching to help you clarify goals, build resilience, develop coping tools, and move forward with purpose.
Whether you seek healing, emotional support, or guidance to create change, I meet you where you are- with compassion and genuine care.
I offer integrative, neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy tailored to each individual. With specialisms in trauma, ADHD, autism, and animal-assisted therapy, I work creatively and compassionately to support young people and adults in reconnecting with themselves, building resilience, and finding meaningful ways to heal and grow.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you and find ways to move forward. You’re welcome just as you are- reach out when you feel ready.
