I am a Jungian Analyst and Counselling psychologist. I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental therapeutic space. My attitude to my work is one of collaboration, openness and flexibility, adapting treatment to suit the needs and resources of each client. I am particularly experienced with clients going through mid life crisis or in periods of transition in life such as having lost a loved one, going through a divorce/separation or changing life circumstances like starting in a new place. Also clients going through a depression, in search of meaning or on a spiritual quest
I am a Jungian Analyst, a model proposed by Carl Jung . My work involves working with the discovery of unconscious motivations including dream analysis. I also work with IFS, an evidence based psychological model used to treat a range of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, substance abuse among others.
