I am a caring, calm and passionate EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who is a fully accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Registered Mental Health Nurse. I can provide evidence-based psychological therapy to adults, children and adolescents. I am enhanced DBS checked and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, in order to maintain data confidentiality .
My experience enables me to offer effective individualised, psychological/ mental health care. I offer treatment for a number of mental health difficulties, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, both adults and children.
My focus is to help you recover, energise and become aware of your inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan.
