Dr Nuria Segarra is a bilingual Clinical Psychologist, CBT therapist, and Neuroscientist with a PhD in Neuroscience and training from UCL. She supports adults and young people with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and psychosis. Her approach integrates CBT with neuroscience-informed, trauma-sensitive care.
