I feel that reaching out to talk to someone can be difficult, we may feel a sense of the unknown and therefore I understand that the process may be challenging. On the other hand, you may have spoken to someone before or feel at ease. Either way, through our work together I feel you have the potential to grow, develop, heal and work towards achieving your goals. No experience or issue is too large for us to work through. Therapy provides a time and space for reflection, exploration, support and understanding that we may not readily have in our day to day lives. For this reason, I feel it can hold great value.
My approach is 'integrative' in that I draw from many teachings and schools of thought and don’t identify solely as a TA practitioner. I draw upon a variety of disciplines and feel that each person's therapeutic journey is unique, and I will tailor my approach to your specific needs. I feel that we are always in a position to learn and grow in awareness.
I firmly believe that therapy can be challenging, rewarding and a multitude of things can come up for us as we work through our own issues. Whatever it is that you bring, I am committed towards supporting your growth and healing and I can offer a safe relationship for you to work on whatever it is that brings you to therapy.
