Calonlan Counselling and Psychotherapy provides a private, safe, and compassionate space where you can talk openly about whatever is causing distress in your life. You will be met with empathy, respect, and non-judgemental listening.
As an integrative person-centred counsellor, I work alongside you at your own pace, offering support that is tailored to your individual needs. My approach may include mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and specialist training in grief, trauma, attachment, humanistic therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), helping you move towards greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing.
If you are living with grief, loss, trauma, or health-related concerns, you do not have to face this alone. Whether your loss is expected or unexpected, recent or long-standing, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly. Together, we work gently at your pace, helping you find steadiness, calm, and reconnect with your strength.
I am here to listen, to offer a non-judgemental and mindful presence, and to understand the world as you experience it. In this space, your voice matters. You will be heard.
