I work with people struggling with trauma, addiction, self esteem, and patterns that keep repeating despite their best efforts to change. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or like things are beginning to slip beneath the surface.
This is a space where you can speak openly without judgement or pressure. Together we can explore what may sit underneath these patterns, including early experiences, relationships, emotional wounds, and ways of coping such as substance use or other addictive behaviours.
Change rarely happens through force or shame. Therapy can offer a space to understand yourself more deeply, at a pace that feels safe and manageable. If finances are a concern, we can discuss fees during the consultation.
I bring a strong understanding of how trauma and long standing emotional patterns can shape the way we relate to ourselves, other people, and the world around us. My approach is trauma informed, with a focus on gently exploring and understanding the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
