I’m Callum, a psychotherapist-in-training offering affordable therapy in Bath.
You don’t need to have the right words to start. I offer a space where we can explore things at your pace.
You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, or just feeling things are not as they should be. You may be used to dealing with things on your own, or feel unsure how to even begin putting things into words. Therapy can be a place to slow things down and start making sense of what’s going on underneath. I offer a supporting space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, and where you can be heard.
I'm a psychotherapist in my third year of training of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, meaning I primarily work relationally but also bring in aspects from other therapeutic approaches based on your need.
Sessions are 50 minutes weekly, in-person, and open-ended according to your need.
