Are you feeling sad, anxious, or overwhelmed with the demands of everyday life? Are you a mum struggling with the ups and downs of parenthood? Is your child struggling to manage big feelings and you don't know where to turn? I am here to help. I have over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adult women facing challenging times. Some of my areas of focus include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, self-harm, and chronic illness. I provide both short-term, goal focused therapy and long-term work where we can explore your past and how it impacts your present.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist specialising in Art Therapy. This means I am able to draw from a variety of psychological theories, both talking and art-based, to best meet your needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important marker for success in therapy and I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel in control.
You do not need to be “good” at art to work with an Art Therapist. Humans are innately creative, and every person (even adults) can benefit from art making within the session. I can support you in using a variety of art materials (not just drawing) to safely express your inner thoughts and feelings. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.
