I offer a warm, confidential space where you will be heard without judgement. Working from a person centred approach, I support you to explore what may be holding you back and help you move towards meaningful, lasting change. I also draw on psychodynamic thinking to help understand how past experiences and early relationships may be shaping your present patterns.

I specialise in supporting pregnancy related experiences including fertility challenges, baby loss, traumatic birth and the transition to parenthood. I also support the parents of children with additional support needs. My background in education means I know the pressures educators can face and I have supported many teachers.
