Is your child finding the transition back to school difficult? Do they feel overwhelmed by everyday life, unable to switch off, or constantly going over the same thoughts? Do they seem like a different child to who you once knew? You don’t have to work through this alone. Hi I'm Summer, a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the BACP. Life can throw many things at you, some we expect and other things you could never prepare for.
I hope to provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly and feel heard. I offer compassionate and non-judgemental support to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. Together, we can work through challenges, develop coping strategies, and help improve your child’s self-confidence.
I work for a parent-infant relationship charity supporting parents from pregnancy till their baby is 2, so have extensive experience in supporting parents and the challenges this brings. Opening up and being vulnerable is a scary thing, never mind to a complete stranger. This is why I offer a free 15 minute phone call to see if we would be a good fit.
