Hi, my name is Sue. Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck? I can help. I offer a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings without the fear of judgement. Feeling heard and listened to can unlock new horizons and pathways. I understand that reaching out for help or acknowledging something is wrong can be daunting. But you don't have to face your feelings and thoughts alone. Collaborative therapy can empower you to take back control and gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and thoughts.
My approach is not about me telling you what to do but about us working together. I offer this collaborative approach to both adults and young people. I bring a pluralistic approach to our sessions. This means you, as the client, can steer our sessions. We work together to explore your thoughts and feelings and feel heard and listened to.
