I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. Feeling truly heard and listened to can help open new perspectives and pathways forward. Our sessions will move at your pace, with no pressure to discuss anything before you feel ready. My role is to listen carefully, support you, and help you make sense of what you may be experiencing.
You do not have to face your thoughts and feelings alone. Through a collaborative approach to therapy, we can work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, experiences, and patterns, empowering you to regain a sense of control and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I offer both short- and long-term therapy, either face-to-face in Burford or online. I also offer an initial telephone or online consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
