I specialise in depression and anxiety, particularly performance anxiety, fear of mistakes, imposter syndrome, stress and burnout. As an EMDR Practitioner, I work with the consequences of trauma, including complex childhood traumas and PTSD.
I have ten years of experience. My specialism covers three broad areas: anxiety, stress and depression; relationship difficulties, emotional dependency and low self-esteem, and trauma work. My approach is grounded in Integrative Gestalt therapy, with a person-centred and trauma-informed way of working.
I can support you if you are experiencing challenges in a relationship, such as conflict, feelings of being unheard, a break-up or loneliness. I helped many people recover from abuse, including narcissistic abuse. I know from personal experience how difficult immigration can be, so I would be happy to guide you on this path as well.
I believe that a trusting relationship is a foundation of successful therapy. I aim to offer a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative therapeutic space where your experience, feelings and thoughts are at the centre of my practice.
