Mental health and well being is important to us all. We can all feel stuck in a unhelpful cycle and adapt to our lives accommodating this. Deciding to make the first contact into therapy can feel conflicting, the first step is the most difficult. My goal is to help you explore how your journey has led you to where you are now, to think about therapeutic ways forward and be a support and guide in finding ways to assist you towards your goal. Each session is tailored to your individual need and is designed to be supportive and collaborative.
I work with depression and all anxiety disorders including GAD, social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD and PTSD . I also work with the psychological impact of long term health conditions.
Mental health difficulties affect many of us throughout the life span and can occur at any point and due to many circumstances. The role of a therapist is a person to walk alongside you in the journey to your goals. In the therapy room you bring your expertise of you and i bring a set of skills and knowledge, we work together in collaboration.
