I am a fully trained integrative counsellor with previous experience working with clients who present with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, addiction and trauma issues.
I have previously volunteered as a call handler with Samaritans for 2 years and
volunteered as a counsellor in an agency specialising in addiction and trauma.
I continue to undertake further CPD training some of which include student mental health, internal family systems, neurodiversity, trans awareness, and weight bias.
