Hi I'm Bryn, and I'm based in Newport. You may be an adult or teenager who is feeling overwhelmed by grief, loss, or complicated emotions linked to adoption or fostering. You’re looking for a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and take things at your own pace. You want help to gently explore what’s going on for you and find ways to cope, heal, and move forward with greater calm and self-compassion.
My practice is rooted in Dramatherapy, using creativity, symbolism, story, and metaphor to help clients explore feelings that may be difficult to put into words. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you, moving at a pace that feels right. I believe in meeting each person where they are, honouring their experiences, strengths, and resilience.
