Hello, I'm Bronwyn and I am a kind, warm and empathic psychotherapist with a passion for helping people with their mental health and wellbeing. I provide a therapy space that is safe and welcoming for clients to use however they feel they need to. I am able to help with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) , low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, relationship problems, bereavement, loneliness, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, separation, divorce, stress, phobias and more.
Having trained as a pluralistic counselling, I follow a principle that each client is a unique individual, and that different clients need different things at different points in therapy. The therapeutic process is very collaborative and we will work together to achieve what you want from therapy.
I have a lovely therapy room in Pontypridd town centre, just a short walk away from the train and bus station, with ample parking available. I offer in person, online or telephone sessions, with student rates available. Please feel free to get in touch via telephone, email or through my website landegjonescounselling.com
