I am an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist, EMDR therapist and clinical supervisor with 13 years experience in a therapeutic setting. I also have a degree in Applied Psychology. My specialist area of interest is trauma with a focus on sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. Other areas of speciality include anxiety, depression, EMDR, suicide prevention, relationships, sexuality issues, childhood issues and bereavement to name a few.
