In wellbeing supervisions, we work together as a team to ensure emotional wellbeing in your role and practice. Emotional wellbeing supervisions are delivered to small groups on a regular basis. The agenda is supervisee led and considers the supervisees wellbeing, case load and its impact on wellbeing , team dynamics and the supervisee’s role in managing agency infrastructures and exploration of home life stressors impacting on the work role and wellbeing. The Supervisor does not report back the content of the supervisions to the agency but works to offer independent exploration and facilitation of the groups needs.

Each referral received is reviewed by the Clinical Lead and matching to the most appropriate psychotherapist to meet your individual needs. If you feel your requirements for Therapeutic intervention are short, medium or indeed long-term Psychotherapy then Broad Horizons can accommodate your needs. There is an ongoing review process for all Individual work to ascertain the next steps in therapy progression.

Address issues with young people and children in a family setting. Stems from one idea: as a part of the family, we are all connected and, despite all individual goals and needs, sharing togetherness and mutual belonging. When a child presents with a problem, we engage the whole family in the search for a solution. Techniques and strategies aim at helping everyone in the family understand one another better, so that they can make a better job in supporting each other towards a solution.
