Welcome to my profile! I am a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. With a focus on Anxiety and Depression and it's impact on mental health. With years of experience, I have helped numerous clients find relief from Anxiety, build stronger relationships and achieve personal growth. I am committed to creating a therapeutic alliance that fosters growth, self-acceptance and resilience. My approach is grounded in empathy, confidentiality and respect. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients and specialise in working with members of the LGBT + community.
I offer a safe space for clients who identify on the Autism Spectrum, and clients who have ADHD. It is important to me to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels understood and supported, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. I have developed a unique approach to therapy that empowers clients to overcome obstacles and heal.
I can relate to many issues that you may be struggling with, due to my personal experience of domestic violence, depression, and abuse. My counselling experience was life changing! It gave me self esteem, confidence and the motivation to make positive changes to my life. It takes a brave person to take the first step! Let’s make this journey together!
