How are you feeling? If you are feeling really low, anxious or lacking confidence, you are not alone. My team and I can help using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy to make you feel yourself again. We can help with depression, anxiety and stress. We support children, adolescents or adults. We have a lot of experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Conditions, health conditions, as well as people from a South African or South Asian/Indian backgrounds.
We know how important it is to get support asap, so we aim to provide the initial assessment within 2 weeks of you getting in contact. We provide high quality CBT therapy and psychotherapy. We are all qualified and accredited/registered therapists, with further expertise in lecturing, supervision and/or research.
It’s so important to find a therapist that you can trust and open up to, so we work hard to create a non-judgemental, confidential and safe space. We have a range of therapists here to help.
