I am an integrative therapist, working in a solution / client centred way using a range of approaches including CBT and Mindfulness to help relieve your emotional distress.
I have over 20 years experience of working therapeutically with young people aged 11-18 years. Later training as a Psychotherapist working with a range of issues. These include: anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, relationships difficulties including divorce, self confidence struggles, self harm and bereavement and loss.
Telephone, Online and Face to Face sessions available. I offer daytime, evening and Saturday morning appointments. I have practices in Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa. My fees are £65.00 for young people and adults and £85.00 for couples. All sessions are for ONE hour.
