About

Therapy can be a powerful way of making life more manageable and can even make it more enjoyable. You might be having a really hard time - perhaps you're feeling confused, lost, or lonely. Maybe you are going through difficulties in your relationships. Another reason people come to therapy is to address how the past might be affecting them in the present. You may want to understand yourself more deeply. I offer a supportive space for you to explore what you need to. I work in a safe, and trauma informed way. Therapy can be a place to talk about things you may have never shared about before.
When experiencing stress and difficulty, it is important to experience connection and acceptance. I believe in the power of self-expression from a place of safety- I offer space for you to be your fullest self. This is especially important if you can't always share with the people around you, or if you don't have anyone around you right now to talk with.
I offer acceptance and support as you navigate difficult feelings, emotions, and situations. The toughest things to explore are sometimes where the most insights and change can happen. Therapy can be tough at times, and also life-changing and rewarding. However difficult things are, I will be there with you.
