My name is Bridget. I am an NCPS Accredited Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with a client-centred, integrative approach tailored to your needs. I am here to support you with the issues that are affecting your life. Together we will work through those things that are challenging, and aim for positive and lasting change. i work with a range of issues and whether difficulties lie in the past or the present we will seek to find a way forward. I offer a calm, welcoming space to be heard with empathy, and without judgement. I am based South of Reading, near also to Wokingham, Basingstoke, Bracknell and the surrounding areas.
I work with adults, teenagers and young people, both in private practice and within schools. I offer a range of therapies including CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy and Person-Centred Counselling, working with many issues anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-harm, domestic abuse, divorce and separation to name just a few.
