Counselling can help bring positivity and enjoyment to situations which may currently feel negative and depressing. Counselling can help to clarify emotional thoughts and processes around troubling situations, then can use that clarity to improve emotional situations. I have extensive experience with assisting clients with gambling problems, which is a learned problem habit.

I have worked extensively with clients, who have had a wide variety of issues. I have extensive experience of counselling with clients who have anxiety or depression. I work in an integrative counselling method, incorporating various counselling methods into the counselling process that are useful and productively beneficial to the client.
I consider that everybody has strengths and weaknesses, they have preferences and dislikes. Encouraging a person to live and build their strengths, whilst acknowledging, understanding and accepting their dislikes is often a progress in life. I have lived and worked in many varied locations worldwide for much of my life, thus I understand expatriate life.
