I specialise in anxiety, depression and gender & sexuality. Interpersonal relationships can be a source of both joy and pain in our lives. By exploring these in therapy and using the therapeutic relationship in the room as a mirror to your outside life, we can build a better understanding of what the dynamics are and how to change them.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can process your concerns, life events and struggles, which can lead to self-acceptance and positive change in your life. I offer short-term and open-ended counselling, with daytime and evening availability to suit your requirements.
