I provide individual and couple counselling on intimate, family and work relationships. Anxiety, low mood and addiction almost always have a relational dimension. For more information, please visit my website. I trained with Relate and have an MA with Distinction in Relationship Therapy. Before training as a therapist I worked in change management in international corporations. I know the stresses of the workplace. My approach is tailored individually to each person I work with. I have no rules about the number of sessions we spend together. Sometimes only a few can be transformational.
If you’re sad, anxious, confused or struggling to cope alone - wrestling with a relationship, addiction, stress or confidence issue - it doesn’t have to be that way. People have immense capacity to change but sometimes need help. I work in a warm, supportive way to allow you to unlock resources, find new meaning and identify solutions when you’re struggling.
Sometimes people have feelings of shame about being unable to cope, or worry about social stigma around emotional or relationship problems. Perhaps feeling low, anxious misunderstood, lonely, jealous or angry . I understand those feelings. Working in partnership with you my aim is to address unhelpful patterns and turn a destructive cycle into a healing one.
