Hello, I’m Brenda, a UKCP-registered Systemic Psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience across the NHS, education and care sectors, I specialise in working with couples experiencing persistent conflict, emotional disconnection, breakdowns in communication, or difficulties rebuilding trust.
I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, overthinking, stress, and relationship-related difficulties, including those linked to neurodivergence.

From there, we develop practical and realistic ways to shift these cycles, improving communication, emotional responsiveness, and understanding, with the aim of reducing distress supporting more secure and connected relationships.
